Lunch & Learn – Environmental DNA

On Tuesday December 12th, 2023 at 12:00 PM (Atlantic Time), the Environmental Services Association of the Maritimes (ESAM) will host a Lunch and Learn with a presentation by Andrew White BSc. Env Sci, of Bureau Veritas.

eDNA testing is a scientific tool available to augment or replace conventional ecological survey methods for the detection of species of management interest.  eDNA is the genetic material released by organisms into the environment and collected via water, sediment or soil sampling.
