Generation of Environmental Leaders Program (GELP) info session - virtual

f you’re part of a youth-led team (aged 18-35) in North America and eager to help support communities and preserve our shared waters, lands and air, then you don’t want to miss our Generation of Environmental Leaders Program (GELP) info session!

This session will provide an in-depth look at the opportunity to join a community of environmental leaders committed to driving positive change in North America. You will learn about the submission criteria, accessing and navigating the online application platform and additional information to help you submit a strong proposal. Whether you’re a student, professional or community advocate, GELP can help you and your team build impactful skills to accelerate solutions for a sustainable future.

The GELP cohort will receive mentorship, develop leadership skills, have numerous networking opportunities, gain practical experience and develop international impact within North America.

During this event, participants will be able to ask questions and we also encourage you to share your questions with us in advance by emailing youth@cec.org.

The webinar will take place in English, French and Spanish with simultaneous interpretation available in all three languages.

The GELP info session is your opportunity to take the first step toward becoming an environmental leader. Join us on 17 December from 13:00 to 14:00 Eastern Time (12:00 to 13:00 Central Time and 10:00 to 11:00 Pacific Time) to learn more about how to submit your solutions, the type of proposals we are supporting and to obtain tips on how to apply.
