Creative Energy is welcoming seasoned business development professional Raam Pandey to the team. Pandey steps into the role of Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, and brings 14 years of experience across corporate development, infrastructure investing and advisory, and capital markets, with a focus on energy and sustainable infrastructure. In his role, Pandey will lead the development and execution of an ambitious growth strategy where he will be responsible for driving profit, refining and expanding client relations, and capitalizing on emerging market opportunities.
“I’m thrilled to join Creative Energy at such an exciting time for the company,” said Pandey. “I look forward to working with the talented team to build on Creative Energy’s strong foundation and drive new partnerships and innovations that will accelerate our leadership in sustainable energy solutions across North America.”
“Raam’s extensive knowledge and expertise in business development and energy perfectly complements our bold vision for growth and decarbonization. His leadership will be instrumental as we continue to expand our impact through delivering sustainable energy solutions to the communities we serve,” said Mike Crawley, Executive Chair of the Board of Directors, Creative Energy.
Pandey joins Creative Energy following his six-year tenure with Enwave Energy as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, where he designed and led a growth mandate to broaden the company’s strategy beyond district energy to include energy transition initiatives such as community-scale power, battery storage, and geothermal solutions. He also helped deliver landmark projects, including the modernization of legacy infrastructure at Syracuse University, the implementation of sewer-heat recovery at Denver’s National Western Center, and the acquisition and integration of the Windsor district energy system. Previously, Pandey was with Brookfield Financial, where he advised on energy and infrastructure investments across Canada and the U.S., supporting both external investors and Brookfield Infrastructure’s corporate development teams.
With a 55-year legacy of reliability, Creative Energy designs, builds, owns, operates, and maintains innovative district energy systems. Serving over 45 million square feet of real estate, the company is a key player in advancing decarbonization through major projects that set new standards for sustainability and efficiency.
Pandey joined the company on September 16, 2025, and is based out of Creative Energy’s Toronto office.
