The Canadian Brownfields Network (CBN) is inviting brownfield practitioners to discover the latest tools, technologies, and services transforming how to approach site assessment, remediation, and sustainable reuse.

The CBN Annual Conference “From Legacy to Opportunity – The Evolution and Integration of Brownfield Reuse” is coming up on June 17, 2025, at the Humber Polytechnic Barrett Centre for Technology Innovation in Toronto, Ont.

This premier event brings together developers, engineers, environmental professionals, and key municipal, legal, and financial players—plus a network of service and technology providers driving innovation in brownfield redevelopment.

Attendees will build new connections, explore cutting-edge solutions, and gain insights to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry with a series of informative and engaging panels.

Jen Angel, CEO of Evergreen, will deliver the much anticipated keynote presentation. A community builder and place-maker, Jen’s work—from the Halifax Waterfront to Evergreen Brick Works—shows the transformative power of adaptive reuse and collaborative city-building.
