Pan-Canadian Framework Implementation Office, Pan-Canadian Framework on Clean Growth and Clean Change, Low Carbon Economy Fund

A new branch, the Pan-Canadian Framework Implementation Office, was established within Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) to implement the Pan-Canadian Framework on Clean Growth and Clean Change. Additionally, a $2 billion Low Carbon Economy Fund was created to support projects that promote clean growth and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
