Scott is a designated environmental professional and professional agrologist with 25 years of experience in the environmental services industry. He is currently based in Edmonton, Alta. Scott obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in land use and environmental studies from the University of Saskatchewan. His project experience has been mainly focused on large scale multidisciplinary spill response projects, assessment and remediation of contaminated sites, and management of reclamation portfolios with a focus on reducing the total time and cost to closure. His project experience has also included risk assessment and risk management, liability estimation, soil and groundwater monitoring programs, in situ and ex situ remediation, waste management and construction projects. His varied experiences have given Scott a broad perspective of the strengths of and challenges facing the environmental services sector in Western Canada.

Allan is an energy sector executive with over 35 years of experience in the public and private sectors, and is based in Calgary, Alta. He has previously worked for think tanks, natural gas distribution companies and a provincial energy regulator of natural gas and electricity. Allan has a Masterβs in natural resources economics from Simon Fraser University.Β He sits on the advisory boards of the Asia Pacific Energy Research Centre, the Canadian Centre for Energy Information, and the International Institute for Middle East and Balkan Studies. He is a 15-year veteran of the Canadian Forces.

David is the Vice President, Western Region for Milestone Environmental Contracting Inc., where he leads strategic growth and operations across Western Canada. With over 30 years of experience in the contracting industry, David has managed large-scale environmental projects involving soil remediation, water management and treatment, habitat restoration work, mine reclamation, and demolition. He brings deep knowledge of construction, safety, and industry best practices to every project. A key highlight of his career has been collaborating with First Nations partners to deliver meaningful socio-economic outcomes through project engagement. David is passionate about developing practical, sustainable solutions and mentoring project teams to ensure safe and successful delivery. He has been serving on the Canadian Brownfields Network Board of Directors since 2023. Based in Langley, BC, David continues to drive innovation and excellence in environmental contracting.
