Welcome to WEG!

The Women’s Environmental Group (WEG) is a new industry initiative that aims to connect women working in the environment sector. Join us to tackle critical issues, provide a platform for mentorship and networking, and support women working in the environment sector.

Founding partners include Environment Journal and Milestone Environmental Contracting and promotional partners so far are ECO Canada, the Environmental Risk Information Services (ERIS), and the Canadian Brownfields Network.

WEG will leverage our existing platforms to support membership goals and objectives. This includes active participation by partnership representative(s) at six meetings annually and collaboration for key events and activities. A survey is underway to fine tune goals and action items of this exciting new initiative.
